I would wait a few more days. If you ask for a PoPLA code and get one, you have no reason to complain. If one hasn't arrived by day 40 at the latest then you have grounds for complaint to the BPA and DVLA and the retail manager that you have been denied access to an independent appeals process.
This all makes the scammers look even more unreasonable …
OK, not really possible but you know what I mean.
You should also complain to your MP about this unregulated scam.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister.

It lets them know youve not forgotten about it, and you want your POPLA code now please
Youre not trying to get them to actually drop it - they dont do that - but provide you with a POPLa code. rather than pretneding they sent a rejeciton out only AFTEr you complain to the BPA, and now saying "sorry the codes expired"0 -
I would email UKPC saying:
You must think I was born yesterday, sending me your template begging letter wanting the driver's details. No. POPLA code or cancel the meritless charge. By the way, you missed the NTK deadline, which might assist with your 'appeal' decision.

Hi All,
Just a quick update for you
I responded with in essence a combination of CouponMad and Nosferatu's points and UKPC have cancelled the charge without even having to go to POPLA! My guess is they realised they had no chance and save themselves the POPLA charge...
Thank you again to everyone for your help with this, much appreciated!0 -
Course they did, they knew they had no chance against you! Well done!PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
