I've wasted many hours ringing eon. They then agree to send a new bill both both gas and electric, but I get one for just electric. Happened 3 times now. Getting threatening letters. I just want a correct bill which I will then pay. Next stop ombudsman for me I think. Surely if you can't cope with call quantity you should have an email.0

Tried to 'View My Statement' for the past few days via the website and just get a 'Whoops Somethings Blown It' message window pop-up. You can't claim that is because of a lack of advisers. Totally rubbish website. Chat doesn't appear to work either, just comes back as unavailable.0
