Dro update
It's approaching the end of my moratorium period (about 2 months away), my name is listed as still subject to dro even though i've broken the terms of it having earned well over the threshold and having contacted the insolvency service to request to stop it. I've not heard a word from them asking to pay anything back because i can pay my debt off from having a job. Now i had a response from someone here saying I should do nothing because i'm still subject to a dro.
Only came back to update on this because i have the means of paying it back as in i can pay them straight away and want to get this out of the way. Should i call the insolvency service again? as like I said before, you can get prosecuted and fined for breaching the dro conditions even though what i said above about disclosing the change in my income to them.

If you've informed the DRO team in Plymouth then the ball is in their court. You cannot revoke your own DRO and it would not be lawful to make payments or for your creditors to accept them, while the DRO is in place.0
