It looks like we have all lost money to these people. All web sites no longer active. Companies \house info doesn't look good either. I had a small amount invested when they transferred to ukdiversified. I know when you sign up to these things you risk getting less back than you originally invested, but you don't expect the company to just keep your money.

I came across this forum whilst searching for information about my investment, having not received any communication from Andrew Gardiner since the October 2024 update.

There is some reassurance in the fact that filings continue to be made with Companies House, that I am listed as a shareholder of Station House Capital, and that the balance sheet appears to show a stable level of capital.

That said, the lack of communication is concerning. If anyone has any suggestions as to how shareholders might obtain an update from Andrew regarding the company's current investments, performance, and intended exit strategy I would be grateful to hear them.

Given the absence of any meaningful communication with shareholders, it is reasonable to question how much attention is being given to the company's obligations to existing investors. Andrew is listed as a director of Saxon Trust, along with a number of other property-related companies, and it would be helpful to understand how the interests of current shareholders are being managed and advanced.
