MoneyGram Transfer Reversed

Hi experts, Need to know the reason of moneygram reversing an international transfer. My wife send 2 transfer on same day one to her father and another one to her friend but the transfer done to her friend is reversed but the transfer to her father went through. There is no issue of account number being wrong as the collection method was "Collect in person" from money gram in her native country. This is totally absurd, upon calling customer service they said they can reject any transfer due to security reasons.

I'm going to take a wild guess and say that the reversal was "due to security reasons". I'm not sure how you expect us to tell you anything more than that.0
