ESA re-applying - anything I need to remember?

Hello,
I Would be very grateful for some advice about applying for ESA, I have been on it for quite a while but it is now due for renewal and I am quite worried about it. Can anyone direct me to any online advice guides or websites that try to help? I feel like i need to find some help.
