After exchange of contracts

Sorry to ask again as i can't find replies to my last post.
Have exhanged contracts on a new build bought off plan
Have paid 10% deposit and paid for extras,
due to complete in couple of weeks
Builders are showing people around even though they have a seperate show house.
we are getting a key undertaking to allow us to have flooring put down so when should they stop letting people look in
