Don't think so. There is a tick box to say if you are or aren't a member. I ticked no and it still let me enter.

The prize offered seems to be just the caravan now, the car has disappeared, even though it still states it on the home page.

…. and they have done a bit of re-jigging of the rules.

Including this one now:

 In the event that a prize is supplied by a third party and the prize is withdrawn following the draw, the Caravan and Motorhome Club shall not offer any alternative prize or compensation in respect of the lost prize or any indirect or consequential losses.

I received an email apologizing as the car has been withdrawn so the prize is now for the caravan only.
