Thanks for your comments Fla603 & Beanielou and apologies for the delay in responding.
It's fair to say I completely fell off my wagon of money saving, debt paying and Healthy eating. Im definitely an emotional spender and eater, but this time coupled with a big slice of can't be bothered and there's more to life.
I've had some news around a relative who found a lump and flash backs of my mum's journey have really made me think. However things are positive she's been operated on and things are going as well as could be expected and there is light and much life at the end of the tunnel, we are not there yet, but it's in the distance. I feel like this is an excuse but it's completely flawed me.
So coffee drinking, eating out, take aways, socialising with friends and relatives with added Christmas shopping has been popular pastimes with a definite view of life's too short, so what's the point, however as I start to write my Christmas cards and reflect on the year, maybe life's not that bad and I have a chance of getting back on track. So here I am. I may not be back to my best, but I'm going to have a go.
Merry Christmas, MP0 -
