Bank Charges Reclaim Update Please

Hi everyone, this is my first posting.
I've now taken my bank HSBC to County Court to reclaim charges. Did I dream it or is there a list of County Courts somewhere informing whether or not they are still dealing with these cases? I thought the list detailed Courts that are dealing with cases, Courts that have decided to agree to banks requests to "stay" cases, and a list of Courts where it wasn't known either way. Anyway, any help would be appreciated as I can't find the list!
Thank you.

Look for threads by a user called TANZARELLI, they seem to have an up to date list of courts allowing cases or staying cases.
Hope this helps
