Radio 1,2, And 4 Through Digital Or Freeview

I am suddenly unable to receive Radio 1,2 and 4 through either my digital TV or freeview box although 3 and 5 are OK. Any ideas of what is happening or is it me!!!

Have you switched them off for 30 secs and then tried again?0

You probably need to re-scan for available stations. Consult your instruction manual for the Freeview box - there's probably an option on your Freeview menu.
Stations do change from time to time, and it's necessary to do a re-scan.0 -
Thanks for both the replies, I seem to have reinstated my digital TV but no luck with the freeview. In fact both were turned off overnight and I tried again this morning. I have re-scanned both which has cleared the digital so any suggestions as to what to do next for the freeview?0
