Next steps after offer accepted

I have an offer on a house being considered by the owners this weekend. I am in the fortunate position of being able to buy without a mortgage. I have received quotes from two local solicitors for conveyancing and am doing the same for a full structural survey.
Whilst I've done some reading online, I have some questions regarding the order of the steps after having an offer accepted. At what point in the process should I instruct the surveyor? Also, on a basic level, if the estate agency calls me to say that the offer is successful, do I give her my solicitor's details and get the owner's solicitor's details. Is there anything the estate agent will need from me? Finally, I've read that a valuation would be considered additional on a normal structural survey. Is it worth me getting this so I know its value for insurance purposes?
Thank you in advance for your time and advice.

Free books from your library. It's a major purchase, with many steps. Make sure you understand fully what is involved. eg

Offer accepted... You will be asked to supply proof of funds if you haven't already and your solicitors details.
Your EA will send you a letter confirming your agreed purchase price together with details of the sellers name and their solicitor details.
Your solicitor will then issue you with the paperwork they need you to complete.
You can instruct the survey at anypoint as a cash buyer- probably adviseable to do sooner rather than later. You will need to instruct them and provide them with the property details and Estate Agent details.0
