Is it still the case that if living in Scotland ignore LOC sent to registered keeper as they don’t know driver? Or should I send letter to point this out?

If you want to ask a question, put it on your original thread, not start another one.
The advice in the NEWBIES has not changed, and is up to date.
Please let this thread die. The regulars here really don't have time to convert links and then go hunting through information on already existing threads.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister.

I did but no one answered.0

You can see how many new threads are started every day here
It would be unmanageable if everyone started a new thread like this wanting attention!
(Every new post in a thread brings it to the top of the forum! So pointless trying this tactic anyway!)0 -
Thanks! As I have trawled this site and not found anything to answer my query thought it may be worth reposting. Just looking for some help but with time spent reading reading posting etc it would have been cheaper/easier to pay the fine but that is giving up and exactly what they want! So I guess I’ll try CAB for a kick off, thanks again0

Don't take advice from CAB! They don't understand this issue and will advise you incorrectly!0

Thanks, guess I’m stuck then.0

If it's Scotland just ignore it. At the top of this board is a thread that tells Newbies to read it first. There is a section in the first post in that thread that details what to do in Scotland.0
