Rockdoor to be avoided?

I was looking to replace my front door and was planning to get a Rockdoor however looking at trust pilot, the most reviews over the last year are terrible - has the quality taken a dive?

My rockdoors are fine!
Fitting is usualy key to *any* door install. Get thet wrong and you end up with problems... no matter how expensive or cheap the door.0 -
Nowt wrong with Rockdoor. As said. All down to install.

Rockdoors are one of the best quality doors for security, durability and value for money. Higher end fo the price range but well worth it - I have four and would not swap them for anything.0

There has been i think a surge of one time poster on a rockdoor thread on here complaining about rockdoors and when i ask them a question they never respond .We are rockdoor installers and have been since they came to the market in the late 1990s and have never experienced as many problems as that one post in all them years .As said by previous posters a lot of problems are down to bad installationif you think peoples advice is helpfull please take the time to clicking the thank you button it gives great satisfaction0
