Where to temporarily put money from house sale?

We are currently in a rented house but own another home outright. We want to sell it but not sure where to put the money (about £350k). We will eventually be putting this towards buying a house but we're not planning on moving for about a year. So, we need some advice as to what's the best thing to do with the money for a year or so but will need easy access to it after this for the house purchase. Any advice gratefully received! Thanks

NS&I often gets suggested in this situation.
Mix of savings accounts and premium bonds is popular but obviously depends on your view of premium bonds.
Some love em some won't go near them.0 -
