payment reak plan from barclays

Hi all looking for advice had a large envolope pop through my door today with a questionaire from barclays for me to complain about PBP ..for a monument card i never remember having ..i cant fill in the questionaire as i dont remember anything from 10 plus years ago...i vaguely remember having a providian card long long ago....the thing i i had a SAR done couple years back to do with barclays over my barclaycards i had back then there is nothing in that file and its big with the card number the complaint is for ..


so whats the best way with dealing with this as they say i had it and it would of most likely be mis-sold

Not necessarily mis sold..

Give them a call to see what they can tell you.

will keep trying there very busy i said most likely mis-sold as i wasnt working back then so wouldnt been able to claim if needed as far as i can tell being unemployed didnt allow you to make a claim unless you was working and then lost your job i just didnt have one at all back then
