Freehold insurance on leasehold flats

Hello
Can anyone recommend an insurance for the building on a converted 2 story 1900s Edwardian building, two flats which are leasehold. We both own our flats as well as share of the freehold (50/50) and both flats pay half of the insurance. As neither of us are renting and we own our flats so the landlord insurances are not really applicable to us.
Insurance is due for renewal and every year the premium goes up and I struggle to find another insurer to switch
Many thanks
