Zenith Collections - Received three letters over the past year and a half over a parking ticket at Slough railway station parked the car first thing in the morning, parking ticket paid in full - Sunday All Day rate under £5.00, 3-4 weeks later I threw away the dashboard ticket.
Received a letter from Appoca demanding money for non-payment, e.g. £50.00 or £75.00 if exceeds 14 Days of the message.
I promptly wrote to Appoca, explained I was the only car in the car park at 7.30 am, Paid the day rate as we were on our way to Lords to watch cricket if they were to check their records for my car reg evident payment made.
To avoid further doubt, I re-paid an additional day rate via postal order.
Since then have ignored all letters from Zenith and will continue to do so, I will let them take me to court if they wish.

after 6 months the penalty rule aspect under bylaws expires, meaning the TOC cannot take this to MAGISTRATES COURT
APCOA cannot enforce penalty notices anyway and ZENITH are powerless debt collectors with no powers at all and certainly cannot take anyone to court
see post #4 of the NEWBIES FAQ sticky thread and keep IGNORING
the only time for advice is if you receive a formal LBC or an ACTUAL COURT CLAIM
