You weren't parked but driving? This isn't the place for council tickets, you need to go over to pepipoo for that.
    .

yes I was planning on posting it up on pepipoo, that's why I haven't done it here,i was in fact waiting for the 14 days to expire then appeal, I had actually stopped for 9 seconds, as I waited for the road (narrow lane) I was turning into to clear, but I changed my mind and entered the road slightly and did a 3 point turn and drove somewhere else to park

Your photobucket link does show a full name for the account holder

If it's yours then best edit the link out of your post

So if this is for a private parking invoice, then follow the advice in #1 of the Newbies FAQ thread on how and when to appeal

As originally posted, the PPCs will try and enforce any breach of the "contract".

    Only way they make money!

Was the vehicle parked or maneuvering as seems to be suggested?

(Host your pic at eg dropbox then post a disguised URL - replace http with hxxp - and someone will post it as a live link for you)
  • just received the original photos by email, they are much clearer, so I've decided to write to the landlord St George, hopefully they will see the light, its really complicated how it came about, but basically we had a car park for our block, and st George has dug it up to build new flats and moved us all across the street, and in the two weeks of confusing and upheavals its has generated some residents have parked in wrong places and the ppc have issued tickets
