Microsoft’s Windows 10 activation system is broken, a fix is coming

Yeah, quite a big problem having your license downgraded from Pro to Home, not sure what will happen to domain-joined computers.
Not sure if it only affects 'upgraded' licenses or also native Win 10 keys.0 -
Would only affect smaller businesses in a domain situation. I would expect larger organisations to be using Volume Activation Services on their DC which ignores the online MS activation system after initial setup.0

Well just been 40 mins on phone to Microsoft trying to get windows 10 pro re-activated, which they did, maybe because I was able to give the Key from windows 8.1 pro that I upgraded to 10 from.
Totally lost the activation on 10. This copy of windows can't be activated and go to store to buy a new copy.
According to them going to take a few days to sort out problems with activation servers, and also affecting a lot of people.
The tech help was good, though he did take remote control of computer which I am not keen at all on, but what can you do in a case like this?0 -
https://www.windowslatest.com/2018/11/09/reactivate-windows-10-and-fix-error-0xc004c003/If you’re still experiencing the problems, simply fix the activation error by following the below steps:
- Open the Settings page from the Start menu.
- In the Settings app, Navigate to Update & Security > Activation and click the troubleshooter option.

Can I just ask, currently Microsoft do not charge for this service but in 2019 with the changes to terms & conditions does it mean we will have to start paying for the service?0

Which 'service' do you refer to?0

The Map Network Drives problem(s) has/have been in Windows 7 since it was first available, and is still there. It is just another minor annoyance.Fix is coming sometime in 2019
