So a Directions Questionnaire was sent to you yesterday.

Are you really surprised that you haven't received it yet?

    Prepare yourself.

In post #6 I suggested you re-read post #2 of the NEWBIES when you get your DQ from the court.

If you were to re-read that post now you would perhaps be better able to recognise the Directions Questionnaire when it flies through your letter-box.
  • Hi All,

I just wanted to update you all on this one...

Today I received a 'General Form of Judgement or Order".

    It states that...

"The claimant, you have been sent Notice of Proposed Allocation to Track which specified the date by which you were required to return the Directions Questionnaire. You have failed to file the Directions Questionnaire with the CCBC by the date specified in the notice.

    IT IS ORDERED THAT

The claimant must file the Directions Questionnaire with the CCBC on or before ...."

Am I correct in saying this means that the parking services company have not submitted the forms from their side in time...They are the Claimant and I am the Defendant right?

Sorry if this is an obvious answer?

    Regards

Yes, I believe your understanding is correct.

Disappointing that the Claimant has been given a second chance.

Did you return your DQ in time?

Yes, have you complained to your MP? You should.
You never know how far you can go until you go too far.
  • Correct I completed my DQ on time and has all been logged on the MCOL website

Have not complained to MP yet, you think I should?

Always. This scam industry needs taking down from as many angles as possible.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
