Gemini - Chase Farm - Blue Badge

Hi, i'm really really sorry, I've researched through the forums, but i can't seem find much on blue badge stuff. I received a letter yesterday for a parking charge notice to keeper from Gemini parking solutions, in ref to a fine parking at chase farm hospital. I've looked through a load of posts on here ref to Gemini, but I'm finding it very daunting, overload of info, i really don't understand things like the rights etc. I am a blue badge holder & never did i see a sign saying about parking, also due to my disability / medical condition it's hard to be reaching the machine if i see one to be entering the required info to park. On entering the hospital, i did ask the volunteers at entrance ref parking but told be find if blue badge holder - but was rushed / directed where i needed to be as appointment was approach (takes me longer to walk). I really don't know how to approach this, do i need to go/get someone to take images of the machine for me. Do i contact PALS? is it first before explaining what i just said? or do i say all this straight to the Gemini solutions people?
I'm really am concerned / stressed as it seems my problem is a bit different than the post's i've read.
i've attended the hospital last week & was asked by reception only then when checking in about parking, but nothing at the initial time . .
Again, i am really really sorry if i should read more, but i just can't understand it all.

1. Contact PALS, tell them your story and ask them to get Gemini to drop the charge.
2. Read the NEWBIES FAQ sticky, post #1 and use the ready written for you initial appeal to send to Gemini. You do not tell your story to Gemini, just use the template 'as is'. If this was a windscreen ticket, there is a critical time point at which to send the appeal - this is important - and you can learn about it in the sticky. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

thanks, will email them now,
Email who?
PALS - ok. Gemini - no, not at this stage, unless the date falls within the NEWBIES FAQ sticky, post #1 'day 26' - and the initial appeal is unlikely to be acceptable by email.

That's ok then.
You've got time for a response from them before day 26 - but don't let a non-reply from them stop you sending the appeal to Gemini at day 26.Please note, we are not a legal advice forum.
