Very Small Claim?

Hi, I have just been charged £40 off my bank, are amounts like this too small and not worth claiming?

    First, ring them up and ask for them to remove the charge... this usually works..

    If it doesn't work, wait for the statement to come through and immediatley raise the case..

    As long as you have the statement (and dont have to pay £10 to get copies), and postage isn't sent 'special delivery' etc, then do it!

    As long as what you get back is more than the cost then accept
