Garuantor status in jeapardy for strange reason

So, to summarise: renter has excellent history of paying on time, not doing damage, not causing trouble. Garuantor has visible provable easy access cash (including premium bonds which they say fluctuate in value??!!) but this may not be enough to secure the rental.
I wonder as a last resort Plan F if I could provide all the money for the 6 month period in a separate account and give them access to it? This would obviously expose me to all sorts of risk but may offer if all else fails.0 -
Sorry to directly interject. Can I pursue a guarantor for money if he/she has no cash left or income but its property has been paid off. Can I get them to sell their home for any outstanding money?0
