I've done lots of Christmas shopping through Boots.com and now have over £150 of points - what's the best way to turn them into cash? Or is it just to spend them over the year on things I'd buy anyway?Mortgage Free thanks to ill-health retirement0

I am still not very good at this Boots thing and when I tried Elle it came up as a YSL gift set but I eventually found it and I do like the looks of it, but what is my best option to buy it?
I would like to get 3 sets and I am a member of quidco but is posting free or do I have to make it up to a minimum?
I have used a code for minimum £50 spend to get 500 points that expires 24/12. Is there anything else I can use?
Or are they in the shops as I live near Newcastle and it is their Christmas night next week.
Another option is to use the points on my Advantage card at a store.
As I say I am not up on these things but I am still trying to learn, even at 60!!!0 -

There is also another code you can use for £10 off and free delivery. I have never tried to use two codes but it does work!
EDITED:
Well I thought it worked as both codes were accepted but I now see that one cancels out the other
. Drat! Could either have 1000 points on £50 spend or £10 off and free delivery. Same difference really except one lot is in your hand and the offer is in points. 0 -
I used my last t&g free mini voucher today. I bought full size t&g shine enhance shampoo and got free mini iron spray = 1.30
Also bought another pk of lotus olbas tissues on special offer @99p + I used 50p mag voucher = 49p
bodyform with free tin on special offer @99p - 40p moc (got this through post with free sample last week:D ) = 59p
diet coke free with mag voucher:D0 -
just ordered the elle giftset - half price and 3 for 2 (what a bargain!)....bumped the order up with some shampoo and stuff I was buying anyway... and used a 1000 point code.....and got free delivery.
result.....total paid £52.97
but a whopping £18.33 in points....so taking off the shampoo and stuff I was buying anyway which was £15.97......means that I paid £35.00 less £18.33 for the 3 Elle giftselts.......so actually only paid £16.67 for them
This is why I love MSE :j:j:j:j:j0 -
Sorry to be a pain and ask - but which products are FREE using the £2 off haircare voucher (Don't want to spend more money so Ideally would like free/little spend products).
