    Hi Bootsers

I don't get to Boots as much as most of you or as much as I'd like, but did manage to today.

I thought I treat myself to some Benefit while there are extra points on offer and Xmas offers.

It's 500 points when you buy 2 items. I fancied the cute Xmas triangular gift box with 3 for 2 'showoffs' eye shimmer . I found another item so I'd get the points but noticed that SA was scanning the items all separately. So I decided to put back the other item for another time and I did get the points for just buying the showoffs. So that was £25 for all three (instead of £12.50 each) with cute gift box and £6.46 back in points as it was 500 extra and triple points. Would be even a better offer on Xmas shopping night with other items. Not sure if I had bought the other item too if I would have got 2 x 500 points. Is it for 2 or more, or every 2 items, I wonder? Think the small print on the notice said three 3 for 2's were excluded but it did work for me. Nice pressie for someone special as it is still quite pricey I know.

HTH's someone as I enjoy picking up all of your tips.

It is for 2+ items. So if you wanted 500 points for every two items you would need to put them through in two's. HTH

  • We have a Christmas shopping night at my local store this Wednesday, but my AC Dreamland Voucher has run out. I asked my sister if I could borrow hers to see if I could get a voucher with her card and I did. (In return I got her the T+G glitch full size and mini and the No 17 lip pencil / GWP glitch) got home with my bags full - but horror, no voucher! I must have dropped it somewhere. Has anyone got an AC one that will be in date on Wednesday that they no longer need? I've a spare Dreamland voucher from the magazine available or a pile of grocery MOCs.

Thank you to all of you for all the great tips - I have bought the perfume on Boots.com for my daughter, and had the T&G glitch work in my favour today in store.

I had added all my shopping up to make sure it came just over the £20 mark for the triple points, and then because of the glitch deducting two lots of £1-69, the total was under the £20 spend, and DD had to dash and get some moisuriser quickly! In fact, the only item on the receipt that I didn't get reduced in some way or another was DD's hair colouring, which was the only thing we went in for!!:D

I'd have loved the Elle boxes, saw quite a few of those in the queue, but couldn't really justify the expense, as I have done almost all my shopping for Christmas, and don't really have enough money left to buy and put by for birthdays. I'll keep my fingers crossed for some good deals in January!
It is never too late to become what you were always intended to be
