a quick question went to buy a mini mode clothes today with 2x pigs back vouchers and needed to pay £2.00 in points was told can't use points for childrens clothes any more!!! since when??

I was shopping last week @ Glasgow Fort, & i bought reduced baby girl's clothing & paid in points, no problems with this.

Nothing was said by sales assistant, in fact the exact opposite as she thought i 'd got a great bargain, without spending actual cash.:T :T :T

I had the same problem about 6 weeks ago as I wanted to get my daughter the fur coat with points..... they suggested then it may be certain items. Maybe it's just on their new range stuff?

Think problem was trying to pay with your vouchers and points combination. You usually have to pay total amount in points, not part points, part other payments.

no i asked if i could just pay in points then and save my vouchers and she said no they did not take points for children or baby clothes anymore

Everything, the whole shebang, all offers.....3 piddly useless things? What happened to all the little freebie vouchers, 150pts on £10 or £20 spends etc, etc?? I used to get masses.

Mr Boots has forsaken me....cast me out into the ACM wilderness...SOB.

Perhaps its a glitch? About 3 weeks ago I went and there was only one offer (and I'm a regular 'Bootser'). I was a bit surprised, but I went back the next day and I had loads of different offers

Where do I stand with returning one item which was on 3 for 2. My Mum has bought the same item as me for my daughter - Peppa pig camper van and need to take it back to swap it for either something else or for a refund. I purchased from .com

Tried my £2 haircare voucher with the John Frieda handbag size frizz serum (£1.99)but it doesn't work. Must count as a miniature product I think.
