There is a derma gwp online.
this is the gwp here."I'm selfish, impatient and a little insecure. I make mistakes, I am out of control and at times hard to handle. But if you can't handle me at my worst, then you sure as hell don't deserve me at my best." — Marilyn Monroepinkladymel wrote: »she hasn't lost the ol' Bootsing magic:D

I did what we bootsers know to do, phoned CS and have been given short shrift - really poor customer service. It was the couriers fault, the warehouses fault, but the upshot was if I want a refund or a replacementI have to repack everything, take it to the PO and send it back. No apology - nothing.
In addition, one of the high value items I bought for my sister (see http://www.boots.com/brandtreatment/product_details_brand_treatment.jsp?productid=1090591&classificationid=1031586) was in a terrible state - broken box, tatty red shreds of tissue, snapped gift bow etc. Inside is just a load of the old No7 stock, battered boxes, shoved in a thin silver gift box. Really tatty and cheap looking. So much for No7 becoming a premium brand! And even more annoyingly - the day cream was missing.
When I pointed this out to CS, thinking they would just send the missing cream, and perhaps apologise, I was told not only did they KNOW about it, but many sets had been sent out incorrectly. They would NOT send out the missing item, instead because its .com only, I had to send it back, then they would process the replacement. A real pain - another trip to the PO, as I can't return it instore as its a .com exclusive! What a load of waffly excuses, and 30 minutes of my time on the phone. Very not happy - I'm going to follow up with a letter and photographic proof I'm that cross.
Just beware with these No7 boxes - it looks like a bargain but it looks like an excuse to get rid of the old stock in a naff box.
I'm really fed up with .com - they've messed up, and I'm out of pocket.
Cupcake that's awful!! Make sure you follow this up and make sure you say about the shocking phone service you got!! Maybe speak instore and see what they suggest? The .com stuff will be seperate but they might help you along and tell you who to speak to etc.0 -

Need to buy for the kids as their room is like an ice book and they are complaing about there bed being cold!!!!!
Was planning to try next week when i get paid again as i need to so thought i could buy 1 with all the coupons earning £30.00 in points back and then using my points for another one.
Also not sure if I can ask this on here but has anybody got a spare 2000 points on Oral-B toothbrush coupon that they will not be using as I used mine on a present for my dad and now my husband is saying he would like one of them toothbrushed himself. I can send an SAE??
Been through thread from the beginning because sure someone posted they had got the blanket with two of the coupons Acm and magazine one but the healthcare wouldn't go through. The Acm one is only valid until 20th Novemeber. Haven't got the healthcare one so don't know the dates on that one someone said one of them didn't start until 21st November maybe it is that one and that is why it didn't work with previous poster.0 -

The old acm one is valid until 20th Nov but there is a new one in the acm from 21 Nov. It was the one from the hc mailing that would not go through. The one from the acm and the mag went through fine together. Original post is here.

I posted the other day, was able to use 2 coupons, 1 from ACM and the mag one, the Healthcare one wouldn't scan aswell, it doesn't have the same barcode so not sure why it wouldn't scan, except that maybe only allows one lot of 'offer' points as ACM voucher shows on receipt as 'kiosk offer points'. Unless the Healthcare voucher won't scan like some of the Parenting vouchers and would have to input manually but then I suppose you'd have to get a superstar SA to do that, lol. Sorry a bit waffly!!
Got a good toddler biscuit offer today - 2 bags of Heinz bear biscuits, apple or orange for £1.15, normally £1.89 each, better than BOGOF!0 -

Oh cupcake, this is awful:mad: It sounds like they (boots) are trying to pass the blame onto the courier, when infact it is all their fault. At this time of year they probably have a warehouse full of xmas temps. It's obvious, someone did not pack your items properly. If they had done, your stuff would not have got damaged.
If I was you, I wouldn't take the parcel down to the post office. I'd ring CS again and ask them to arrange for a courier to pick it up. I've only ever placed one order from the website. It was during the January sale. One of the gift sets I ordered had some items missing. They couldn't send out another one 'cos they were O/S, but they gave me a refund for the gift set in points.
I hope they sort this out for you soon. They really ought to give you a refund at the very least. Keep us informed of the outcome. Maybe Olaith can offer some advice since she works for boots and would know the normal practice regarding this kind of situation.0 -
