    Hiya

    on quidco

Just in case you haven't realised yet....here comes Christmas! To add a bit of fun and games into the Christmas madness we're launching the first ever Quidco Christmas Cup with £40,000 of prizes up for grabs!
To be in to win all you need to do is start a team with other Quidco members and earn cashback in the Quidco merchant leagues. The Christmas Cup is made up of one overall league and eight merchant leagues, each with their own prizes. The top three teams according to earned cashback in each merchant league will win that league and the team with the most overall cashback from all leagues will win the Cup
We also have £4000 worth of vouchers to give away on the spot to teams during the Christmas Cup so watch blog for special one day promos and random give-aways!
Once you have made a team you can chat in the league chat.
To start a team you'll have to login. You can't leave a team once you've joined it so make sure you choose your team-mates carefully!
The Quidco Christmas Cup will run from November 14 to midnight December 23 and is only valid on transactions generated and tracked during that period. For more detailed information on the Christmas Cup please view the rules on quidco.
Have fun, good luck and Merry Christmas!

Bear with me for what is probably a stupid question for people who have been doing this for years, but I finally got my hands on a copy of the latest Boots magazine and there are a number of products in their listed as, for example "£5 (500 points)". 500 points are worth £5, arent't they, so isn't that like getting the product for free? A bit puzzled. Also, can I use vouchers like "buy this and get 300 points" and still get another 1,000 points if I spend more than £50 in one transaction? And can I confuse them further by throwing in a voucher for 20% off something?
I am planning to go to a Boots evening later today and want to make the most of it. :)

Got my Toni and Guy Shampoo and mini heat defence spray for £1.30 today - free mini with full size and £2 haircare voucher. Thanks to OP, plus couldn't have Boots slipping onto page 2,lol!!!!!

Hi, have been sick for a couple of days so enough to have missed a lot of pages, but it's interesting to see tbear06 managed to get the glitch I believe cupcake had reported about the £2 voucher plus the free mini. Perhaps I have missed the posts about this (trying to read through them), but no glitch for me today...
Today I got a TG detox shampoo + TG Mini fixit hairspray but ended up paying £2.99 (£4.99 - £2) so no glitch  Anyone else having this problem? Or should I have bought the heat defence spray specifically?

You get a free gift if you spend over £18. Not all stores are doinig 2 gifts but if you spend £36 2 of them should go though the til and since the p&p is £49 people are getting 2.

    Hiya

I was there at 8.30pm and they were unpacking boxes of the gwp - there did not seem to be any shortage! The lady at the next checkout to me bought 2 bottles and got 4 gwp.:T

Right, to give you an example. Let's say I was to buy a TENS Pain Relief Unit for £49.99 and Pain Relief Heat Patches for £3.99, which, after a 20% deducting with a voucher on Boots Pain Relief products would cost £43.18, and added a hot chocolate mug for £8, that would be over £50 spend, so I should get 1,000 points for being over £50, but also those 3 products are advertised in the magazine as 4,999 points, 399 points and 800 points respectively. Would I really get all that on top? Me thinks I would get back more than I spend then! Can anyone confirm please before I go there and make a right mug out of myself!

    Xmas event:
today I got £50 worth of shopping in the xmas event and got the following ponts:

    points received: 200
double points coupon : 200 (from the mailing)
offer points: 300 (can't remember now if I had any coupon for WYS points from the mailing)
*offer points* 1000 from the xmas event

    - Basically the double points voucher worked even though it says it doesn't.
    - Not sure if I had a 300 points voucher from the mailing for wys £30.
    - Upset I did not give WYS coupon from the ACM machine as well. It might have worked.
