Each store has it own opening times. They have to declare to their local PCT (primary care trust) what hours they will be opening, months in advance and the PCT can request that they open longer if need be. Once the hours are confirmed by the PCT they can open for longer if they like, but not shorter. As a result, stores don't have set opening hours for boxing day.

ooohhh..i wish i can clone myself. there sooooo many places i want to be at 10am tomorrow ....boots for one..M&S, Debenhams, Next.....and the list goes on

well depending on where your shopping i suppose but there are only a few next stores open tomorrow and marks and spencer are also closed. any1 heard any different?

Anyone know yet. I have tried online to find out the opening hours, but it just says they are updating the site :mad: I can't see the point in the delay, staff have to be told what time they have to be in, so why not post the times online.

Yeah Markies(M&S) is closed 2morrow! Last year it was 10am Boots opened in Aberdeen(guess who was standing @ the door:o) So i am heading in for that time! I could be totally wrong but as i say it was definatly 10am last year!!
I did want to go to the Next sale to but i am shattered after today,and i still feel like the original xmas pudding(still stuffed to the gunnels:D) So i will gt there when i get there!!

Im just back from the sales and shock horror!......i didnt buy anything from there sales. I wasnt very impressed it, normally i buy loads of bits of the next years birthday presents but i didnt get anything!

went down to boots in aylesbury opened at 10am dissapointed that the perfume gift sets not in the sale and the SA didnt know if or when they would be reduced, they had loads left so i will await someone on here telling me when they noticed they reduced....

got loads of other things and spent points lol will await the 75% sale see what is left as aylesbury not a big store but i got loads of bargains last year..

Just got back from the Boots at the Ocean Terminal - great.

Lots of gift sets half price and the perfume sets were also reduced.
