Finally resolved this one, after trying lots with hotmail and outlook and getting nowhere. So today, I set up gmail - I've been meaning to do this for ages anyway. But even then, I still couldn't find the email as it went into 'spam' and you have to change gmail setting to see spam emails.

If you cannot get the code from the e-mail they send then there must be some chance a winning email would not get through assuming the entry counts.
The sender id is possibly blocked by outlook/hotmail - apart from going to spam with Gmail seems to work fine with that.
Just tried an old yahoo mail address and although I haven't tried to enter it the code came through fine straight to the inbox0 -
