Codes are the same but I would follow the entry path of getting them to send it and then clicking the e-mail they send it in to use it (probably makes no difference but why take the risk?)
  • Thank you very much for the replies. It worked straight away with gmail. It clearly doesn't like Hotmail for some reason!

Hi, thanks for the comp. Is anyone else having problems? I've requested an email (twice), but still not received anything. I've checked inbox and spam.

I contacted them and they responded, after a couple of to and fro emails they finally sent the following, but I know this is not entirely true because apart from Hotmail/Outlook addresses you get a confirmation:

    Glenn

Thank you for your email. sorry about this you will only receive a confirmation email if you win the competition, you will still be submitted into the competition once you have registered your code.

As long as you registered via the code you were sent by e-mail there shouldn't really be a problem with a wem getting through and the acknowledgement probably does not matter.

Finally resolved this one, after trying lots with hotmail and outlook and getting nowhere. So today, I set up gmail - I've been meaning to do this for ages anyway. But even then, I still couldn't find the email as it went into 'spam' and you have to change gmail setting to see spam emails.

As wdywuk said in post #5, the code is: CODE9999 However, this isn't usable without the right page to open so you enter it and your details. Try this linky: https://cardfactoryprizedraw.co.uk/entry

I can't be sure it will work for all, but it's worth a try.
