No resolution to my TSB complaint in May. Contacted ombudsman in October who decided on suitable compensation which I agreed with. Tsb deposited the money a week later into my current account - no explanation of payment or apology.0

I've got 2 on going complaints with TSB, 1 I've had to involve Ombudsmand and second through resolver. Got 2 separate payments from them on Wednesday for £1968.38 then got another threatening letter on Thursday.0

Same with my complaint here, adjudicator suggested a figure and TSB caved. I wonder if the complaints team is maxed out on dealing just with FOS and ignoring backlog of people who haven't escalated?
Part of the resolution was FOS wanted to see credit card statements. Web site was either refusing to generate statements prior to May or producing corrupt documents for ones after that date. Luckily had some printouts of transactions which sufficed.
Out of cussednes I went in to branch and asked them to print the statements for this year. I was told that they couldn't print the ones prior to the system upgrade at which point I asked a. why does web site display on screen with logo saying as available and I haven't accessed them. and b. what happens if I have a dispute with a transaction from that period?
After much huffing and puffing and going to talk to someone in back office they finally printed them, no explanation as to why they suddenly could.
I know it was wrong as it wasn't branch staff's fault but I did comment that it was a shambles.0
