Yes, but you won't get any help by hijacking a two year old out of date thread.

Begin by reading the sticky thread for NEWBIES then start your own thread if you need further help. Start by telling us what happened when the keeper complained to the landowner or managers/CEOs of shops visited by occupants of the car. Do not reveal the driver's identity.
Tell us the name of the parking company on that thread, and any other relevant details about the scamvoice.
Please note that the Blue Badge scheme does not apply on private land, but the Equality Act 2010 does.

Clearly you complain to the store manager and he/she cancels it for you, to avoid discrimination - easy.
