sorry i know i have proberbly read the answer but i only have one shot so what to be sure im doing it right

so i got a ticket from highview for over staying and it has anpr pics ive coppied the template ready to send with a picture of the reciept of my purchase. i just wanted to check i didnt need to amend the bit that says they need to provide pictures or do i juat send it as it is

You could remove this bit entirely, does no harm to remove this if you know the allegation is overstay, not VRN error:

Since your PCN is a vague template, I require all photos taken, a clear image of the signage and an explanation of the allegation (e.g. if you have identified a wrong VRN input at a machine, say so, and explain why your Data Protection Officer has not simply rectified it, rather than trying to punish a driver for a matter where there is nothing to deter).

Do NOT refer to the receipt as 'my purchase' of course!! It's a receipt of an occupant of the car...

ensure that you do not tick any box that says driver on their website , you want KEEPER

as for any wording, you were already told that the word to use was OCCUPANT, like the royal WE , so not identifying who may have been driving (assume I was driving and the shopper was a passenger)
