Hi - sorry to jump into this thread but I have been charged a restocking fee for an incorrectly placed order. The goods have been exchanged and a restocking fee has now been invoiced to me. The Invoice has VAT added and I am not clear if this should be the case as goods or a service have not been supplied I relation to the fee?
Does anyone know if I should be paying the VAT (It's from a small business and I am suspicious of this)
