Connecting bathroom sink quote

Hi all,
In my bathroom I removed the sink and vanity and replaced it with a custom vanity and new sink and separate tap. However, I’ve had to reconfigure where the tap and sink go so now the waste and tap supply pipes don’t quite line up. I’ve been told that the tap pipes will need cutting down and longer flexible pipes and it’ll need a new portion of waste pipe - the sink and tap holes have already been cut so it’s literally just connecting it all. I’ve been quoted £100 - does this seem fair?
