uninstalling a stubborn program

Hi again.
My laptop has somehow become home for a program by the name of "Zip Cruncher". This has monopolised most of my files but it will not allow it to be uninstalled by the normal method.
I tried system restore which failed twice, and I even downloaded a programme to uninstall it and even that failed. This seems quite a rascal and an unwanted one.
Has anyone got any clues as to how this can be removed. I'm on windows 10 and my laptop is a HP Pavilion.
Kind regards Jeff.

Do the following in safe mode:
Eliminate Zip Cruncher- Press Windows Key+E.
- Navigate to %APPDATA%
- Find a folder called AppMaster.
- Right-click this folder and press Delete to remove all files inside of it at once.
- Close File Explorer.
- Empty Recycle Bin.

Thank you for your replies and help,
I'm not too sure how to start the laptop up in safe mode. I tried the window key and E but nothing happened.
The second reply with the info regarding Zip cruncher, I tried that last night where I downloaded that programme to uninstall it, but all it did was take me to system restore where it ran for hours without turning the PC back.
This is one !!!!!! of an app.
Kind regards Jeff.0 -

Win/E is just to open explorer
Just go in there and at the address bar at the top, like a browser, type the appdata linkSam Vimes' Boots Theory of Socioeconomic Unfairness:
People are rich because they spend less money. A poor man buys $10 boots that last a season or two before he's walking in wet shoes and has to buy another pair. A rich man buys $50 boots that are made better and give him 10 years of dry feet. The poor man has spent $100 over those 10 years and still has wet feet.
