Martin lewis has nothing to do with MSE , he sold out several years ago

it is not suited for parking cases

example , if i type in parking eye

If you are having problems with ParkingEye and would like to either find out your rights, who to contact or make a complaint then use Resolver to make the process simpler.

your rights are already know , co is contact address , and at this stage you do not wosh to complain , you wish to appeal , firstly to them then the bpa

I don't speak fluent gobbledygook but I think you've found the bw-legal details on the resolver website.
Resolver is a complaints resolution service that is either run by or certainly linked to this website / forum, so it is the resolver service that is a completely free service recommended by Martin Lewis.

That is most likely aimed at those who are clients of BW Legal and have a dispute with them over the service they've provided. Not those being taken to court by them on behalf of a private parking company.

BW Legal and Resolver are not linked to THIS forum in any way, shape, or form. I have no idea if they are linked to MSE.

THIS forum is run by volunteers and is specifically aimed at helping people who have received unfair private parking charges, irrespective of whether or not an unregulated private parking company has decided to use a solicitor such as BW Legal.

If you have received something from BW Legal, surely it will have contact details on it.
If you have received an unfair private parking charge, have you read the sticky thread for NEWBIES yet?

I think this is the link being referred to. https://www.resolver.co.uk/companies/bw-legal-complaints

ML was the editor of the website after he sold it for £93m, and is now the executive chair, so still has a vested interest in getting the MSE name out there, and revenue back in. - https://www.moneysavingexpert.com/site/martin-lewis-biography/

"In 2016 he moved from Editor-in-Chief to a new role as MSE's Executive Chair, overseeing the site, focusing on journalism and content quality, ethics, strategy and creativity."

It's worth noting that in his own words, he is a journalist and presenter - nowhere does he describe himself as a financial guru, and also tellingly nowhere does he describe himself as an internet marketeer. Let's just say that he is nowhere near as personable or philanthropic in person than he impresses online and in TV appearances. Nobody makes the sort of money he does without taking advantage of something or someone.

I've questioned and challenged his ethics many times over the years in the past, but I'll leave others to form their own opinion of the guy.

There is a very good reason why he doesn't want the fake social media adverts removed that appear to suggest that private parking tickets can be ignored....

I have never met him, but watched one or two programmes he has presented.

He appears to cater to TMOTCO, changing energy suppliers, buying travellers cheques etc. Not really my glass of Chardonnay.

When he is on TV I just change channel.

I am definitely already identified by The PPCs but am not worried because, quite simply, I have nothing to hide regarding their PCN. Whereas they can afford to pay for legal advice, I cannot, so must get free advice from the decent people on this forum. If they should produce a log of my posting in court, then they must produce it in its entirety, including points that are detrimental to their case. Also by the time I get to court my postings will be 200+

Just make sure that you don't give them any ammo' for their case and lead them on a long and winding path! Regards
