Have you looked at Blooming Marvellous? Tights here: www.bloomingmarvellous.co.uk/product.aspx?CategoryID=m-lingerie-mat&ProductID=12389&language=en-GB
But I can't see what the crotch is like so you would have to ring/email and ask-I have always found them approachable and reputable

Whereas I have had to buy some extra high boots so that all the maternity trousers I have bought don't drag on the floor!! I bought jeans from Citizens of Humanity (34") and trousers from PreNatal (34") - both far too long!!!!
I know what you mean about the expense though. Having said that, the cheaper stuff is such bad quality as well - I bought some trousers from Next and compared to the PreNatal ones, they look awful. I feel so depressed in them, but they were all I could find at the time and I needed two pairs as I was going away and wouldnt be able to wash the first pair!
I really get upset about the fact that maternity clothes are so bad. And why on earth don't M&S do a proper range, thats what I want to know! And why do mat clothes come in such dirgy colours?!?
Sorry, rant over!!!
Thanks,

Try http://www.bumpsmaternity.com/items.php?level1Key=1&level2Key=4&level3Key=9&pageKey=3 for maternity tights. They are reasonable priced and appear to have the crotch you are looking for :j
They have opaque footless maternity tights too for the more fashion conscious.0 -

I used marks and spencer tights through out both my pregnancies. They fit fantastic and were about £6 a pair. I only needed a couple of pairs and they lasted right through.0

When i was pregnant (a long time ago now!), my midwife advised me to buy pretty polly tights for fuller figure and wear them back to front as they have a soft lined crotch and a panel designed for a big bum but when you turn them round the panel is soft on your tummy and does not have a seam up the middle
