Hi all,
This is my first post so please bear with me!
Please note I have already fully read the Newbies thread and the Indigo parking thread.
The driver has received two postal NTK letters from an Indigo Parking station ANPR camera on two consecutive days. The postal NTK letters dated 7 and 8 days from the offensive were not received until 15 and 16 days after the offense date. The driver has appealed to Indigo using the template and the status 'received'. The driver has now received two letters from ZZPS Limited as the offense has been escalated and they are demanding £170 per ticket.
The driver has received no acknowledgement of my appeal (no rejection or acceptance). The drivers question is are they able to send letters from ZZPS chasing the amount if the appeal has not been declined and is still 'received'?
The car park recently changed to ANPR cameras and the station has letters posted all around saying the date this change would take place would be AFTER both offensive dates. Are Indigo able to enforce these fines is there are letters in the station explicitly stating the ANPR cameras would come into use after the date?
Any help is greatly appreciated!!

yes they can do this, plus they would have rejected the appeals out of hand anyway
as this is a station, no INDIGO cannot enforce penalties, however the TOC could do so in Magistrates Court within 6 months
I assume you read the Indigo section and associated threads that explain this anomaly ? (you say you have yet you havent understood the nuances involved here)
the BPA CoP tells you what they should do when a new regime comes into force, have you downloaded it and read it ?
ps:- it was the KEEPER that received anything in the post, not the driver
and its the KEEPER that also received the postal letters from ZZPS as well (Ignore)0 -
You need to tidy up your OP. The driver was driving, the keeper is appealing. There are some crossovers.
If your appeal is still 'under consideration' and they've shunted this off to ZZPS to harass you, then you should complain to the BPA.
