EasyJet No Show Certificate

We were due to fly to Paris a couple of weeks ago for a short break but my husband had a medical emergency which meant he couldn't fly. The travel insurance company is asking for 'cancellation invoice or no show certificate from EasyJet confirming that no refund is due and you did not travel'.

Does anyone know how I can get one of these? Assuming, as it's EasyJet, we'll have to pay for it!! Should have thought about it at the time I guess but things were so hectic I just thought we'd be able to claim as we've got all the medical certifications saying he couldn't travel.
