Hello there

I have received a letter in the post from cpm uk car pace management .

Letter dated 26 th oct .

They are telling me a parking charge notice is overdue ???? I never received a letter from them ?? Issuing a ticket in the first place
This is the first time I have any correspondence from them ??

Now they are telling me it was 21/9/18 I came out of a car park at 22.23

They say a pcn was issued on 27/9/18 at 11.37 ?? and has not been paid .

Reason ticket issued exceeded maximum stay period ( ANPR)

They have a photo of me going in the car park at 19.05 but not me coming out ????

Also I did not receive any letter from them before nothing ????

Send the template appeal in #2

Throughout here you are advised never to reveal who was driving

You need to edit your post to remove details of who was driving

(Is this a different ticket to the other one you got from com in September??)

Sounds like the dodgy ANPR system.

If they want to prove their case then they must show when you left the car park.

Send them a SAR requesting the full information

Maybe they are saying ... you never left ????

Please read the NEWBIES thread post #3 (about why NOT to appeal to the IAS). come back at court claim stage - see post #2 of the NEWBIES sticky thread.

Send them a SAR for all data held, all photos taken and copies of all letters they say were sent (see their Privacy page for the email to use for a SAR.
