What exactly do the signs say?

If they say parking terms don't apply on a Sunday then no terms apply, including the requirement to park within a marked bay.

If they just say no fee payable, then that IMPLIES the other t&cs still apply.

Can you have a look at the exact wording?

    No CCJ ....

This PPC has started to dip their toe into court claims

So too simplistic to say there will be no CCJ

But a court hearing is a long way off

Were you to get a CCJ because you lost in court (,or ignored the claim altogether) then it gets removed from your record as long as you pay it off in full within a month of the judgement

Wow, I'd be mad at the scam PPC! Why on earth blame yourself for getting a scumbag fake PCN?

MET Parking? Have they? I thought none...

No need to worry the OP though, who will likely beat this easily by using the template appeal as keeper, on day 26 (NOT YET, beckysbobbles1 - read the sticky thread).

DO NOT PAY, DO NOT RING THEM, DO NOT APPEAL AS DRIVER!!
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Sorry I don't really understand what I should do. Are you saying I shouldn't appeal online?

I'm going back to the car park this weekend so I will read the notice properly.
