Also, was it refused or just unable to be processed?This may be a stupid question but did you enter the 'transfer' details correctly?
I had one years ago where my new CC provider was unable to process the BT. After talking with customer services they (somehow) processed it manually.
Sorry for the vagueness but if you haven't done so already then try ringing customer services to see if they can help.0
