I've recently had a credit transfer refused and was wondering why this might be as I have good credit and have had no problem taking out cards in the past. Also, was it refused or just unable to be processed?

I had one years ago where my new CC provider was unable to process the BT. After talking with customer services they (somehow) processed it manually.

Sorry for the vagueness but if you haven't done so already then try ringing customer services to see if they can help.
