Hey,
So I got a shared ownership house and used a HTB ISA to do this...
Since then things went wrong and my then partner split up and we had to sell the house and I moved into rented...
My question is... am I able to use any kind of HTB again? As I don't now own a house so am a first-time buyer even though I have had a property before?
Thanks
Dan

You can use the Help to Buy equity loan scheme for new builds. Unfortunately, once you’ve owned a property (even if you have sold it), then you will not be a first time buyer.0

You could use the HTB equity loan scheme for a new build.
But you can’t get another HTB iSA .
You also would have to pay the standard rate stamp duty on a future purchase.
Some lenders may treat you as a FTB (instead of a home mover) regarding interest rates.0
