So if the property is still within the estate, and he's been managing the letting, why does the estate not have the funds to sort it? I mean, there's five years of rent gone into the estate...0

He did not tell me it was let he said it was uninhabitable due to the flood and various excuses why it wasnt fixed. Any money from a let he has put in his pocket i have no idea how long it's been let and how much is lies
