Power Banks

Hi all,
Me again. I'm after another power bank. Does anyone know of any good ones, possibly on offer at the moment? Willing to part with £25.
Is Anker still the best one or are there any other posh brands selling them now? Any recommendations?

Anker powercore for the win. I would get one that supports powerdelivery, i know they can all charge via powerdelivery. I'd look to see if they can support powderdelivery on power output.1

Although ravpower aren't bad either, and their battery here does PD charging and output. I noticed Anker support PowerIQ.
So this would be good if you are a samsung galaxy family.

This is a problem with usb type c development. There are two fast charging standards PD and Power IQ, a USB port can't really support both at the same time. So phones will either support one or the others, power bank will [usually] support one or the other.
AFAIK, the you need special usb type c cables that support PD.
You need to look at the gadgets you have, does it support Power IQ or PD and get the power bank that supports them.1 -
I bought an Anker one as recommended by a friend in the IT industry. It is the 2Ah (model 20100) one from Amazon. The current price is £25.99, mine was bought last February and has been a solid performer.
The 2Ah battery banks are quite heavy, depending on what you want it for, a smaller capacity one might be better for carrying in a pocket.1 -
