Homeserve kind of cover for landlord

Hi Experts,
Any recommendations on which cover to go for a house I am renting out.
Is it worth letting tenants buy the cover and reimbursing them so they can sort out any issues themselves, I will only be playing middle man anyway.
regards,
Palmist

Isn't "landlord arranges cover but tenant can call out contractor directly" an option? British Gas certainly offers that sort of contract. Think most tenants would expect landlord to be invoiced rather than them.0

Try surewise.com landlord home emergency, you take it out but can authorise the tenant to use it. They have various levels of cover, had it for a few years but never had cause to actually use it yet.0
