    Sorry I know it has been a while since you posted but I am suffering with a leak of the same nature as you, although My building make up it different (stone, pebbledash render top half brick bottom half. I cannot figure it out for the life of me. When it rains heavy the leak is getting worse. Please if you can help in any way
  • Chapaz, MrBrindle - able to give any insight on what the problems ended up being? I have a similar problem over the last 6 months I've been waiting on Summer to investigate and would appreciate a headstart.
  • possibly a different issue with other windows . driving rain and wind like the op could just be forcing its way around the pener although looking at the pics the downstairs head wasn't sealed . start a new thread and stick lots of pics up and there are some knowledgable people here maybe able to advise (or have a decent guess)
